Mount Notre Dame reviews transfer applications on a case-by-case basis, contingent upon course availability and space within the class. We know that transferring schools is a big decision, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

To begin the transfer process, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Student Application
2. Complete the Parent Questionnaire
3. Submit Required Documents
   Please provide the following documents to Mia Lynd, Director of Enrollment:

• A copy of the student’s high school grades (report card)
• A completed Release of Records form
• A copy of the student’s birth certificate

Documents can be mailed, dropped off in the main office, or scanned/emailed to mlynd@mndhs.org

4. Connect with the MND Admissions Team

Once we receive all required documents, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to discuss next steps. At this time, you may also schedule a shadow day experience for your student.
