HSPT Registration

Under the direction of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Catholic high schools will be administering the traditional High School Placement Test (HSPT) as the high school entrance/placement assessment on November 22, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. to all interested eighth grade students who are considering the possibility of attending an area Catholic high school.

Registration for the HSPT will become available for the Class of 2030 in Fall of 2025.

MND is an approved testing site. Students may choose to take the HSPT at any Archdiocese of Cincinnati high school, as long as they are eligible to enroll at the chosen school.

When registering, students will have an opportunity to designate three high schools in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati to receive their scores.

On January 17, 2025, HSPT results will be sent directly from Scholastic Testing Services to the parent/guardian.

Testing Morning Information

Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. and testing will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Students may enter through MND’s main entrance to check in and receive a room assignment. Testing will conclude at approximately 12 p.m.

Calculators are not permitted during the HSPT. MND will provide a snack and bottle of water.

Parents of students with approved accommodations will be contacted with specifics for their daughter.
